ND Energy offers summer research fellowships through the Vincent P. Slatt Fellowship for Undergraduate Research in Energy Systems and Processes. Undergraduate students conduct energy-related research with ND Energy affiliated faculty members. Research projects may be conducted on campus or virtually, depending on University safety guidelines. Each fellowship recipient receives an award of $5,000 during the time of his/her research project that will be paid bi-weekly as a stipend. This award may also be used to support related expenses such as housing, meals, and transportation. At the end of the research experience, fellowship recipients submit a final report and present their research projects during the Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium.
