Innovation Trust Bank International

Innovation Group is comprised to several Puerto Rico business entities that were formed specifically for the purpose of Financial innovation in both banking and non-banking sectors. It’s primary economic objectives includes generating substantial revenues and reinvesting these revenues in Puerto Rico through the employment and training of Puerto Rican residents in these growing fields, and new research and development (R&D) projects. The first and most central of the business entities were formed specifically headlining Innovation in the name: Innovation Trust Bank International Holdings, Inc. Innovation Trust Bank International, Inc. and Innovation Group LLC. Innovation Trust Bank International Holdings, Inc. and Innovation Trust Bank International, Inc. conduct Financial innovation across a range of core banking and ancillary activities and together are referred to as the Innovation Bank Silo. Both business entities are regulated and supervised by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions (“OCFI”) in Puerto Rico, and both entities have received permissions from OCFI to develop, offer, and manage Financial innovations in the banking sector.
