Building Preservation Material Technologies (BPMT) was founded in 2006 and its sister Structural Consulting Services (SCS) in 2020. Our main business units include both structural and engineering consulting as well as the repair and retrofit of structures both in Puerto Rico and internationally. Since its founding, our firm has dedicated itself to finding solutions geared to reduce the lifecycle costs for the client while maintaining and improving the structural integrity of the buildings and structures we tend to.
