Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School: Enrollment: Approximately 400 K-8 students (46% Hispanic/Latino, 40% White, 11% Multiracial, 2% Asian, 1% Black/African American, 1% American Indian/Alaskan Native) Staff: 40 (International: USA, Spain, Mexico, India, Chile, Dominican Republic, India, Peru, Belize) Currently 4 employees from Puerto Rico with 5+ years with our organization. Instruction: 80% Spanish, 20% English Santillana (Literacy), Singapore Math Flexibility and autonomy of instruction. Team planning, then individual instruction Administration is bilingual.
